Fast Company’s May 23, 2017 article addresses why Russian hackers are still not backing down, even after the setback of the French Election.  CEO and Co-Founder of Manifold Technologies, Chris Finan,  was interviewed for this article and  believes that part of the reason is due to the lack of punishment for their relentless acts.  He is quoted saying, “What consequences have the Russians paid for what they did in 2016? Hardly anything: a few new sanctions.”
