Building on this insight, we are launching Take Care, a neighborhood-based initiative offering weekly home visits to families with children under three. This program focuses on strengthening early relationships, providing guidance, and empowering parents in subsidized housing to build strong foundations for their children’s success.
Looking ahead, Tommy’s Place will be the heart of our growing mission. Planned at Immaculate Conception Church, this family center will offer tutoring, educational programs, and community events for all ages—creating a year-round space for learning, connection, and growth.
